The 6225 Medically approved Foot/Palm Switch is an IPX2 rated, medically approved low profile, stylish plastic footswitch. Unit replaced the 6223 series foot switches. Herga Technology can offer a range of General Purpose Footswitches, including our light duty footswitch – which is well suited to OEM applications, and out general purpose footswitch – which has a steel construction for long life and reliability.

In the majority of instances, these footswitches is selected for use because it allows the operator to multi task. Using this means that the user has both hands free to be able to complete work effectively. This is really useful in places such as a call centre, when workers are using a headset to speak on the phone, often a footswitch will be used to answer the phone so that the worker still has both hands free to operate a computer and/or make notes.
